Du Shi High Tech Pipe Cutting Competition

The purpose of this competition is to promote talent cultivation and skill improvement in enterprises, provide a platform for employees to showcase and enhance their skills, and encourage them to actively learn and grow.

This competition is organized by the company's production department and actively participated by employees. The main purpose is to evaluate the cutting techniques of employees. The competition covers five teams in the production department, with more than 150 employees participating.

Through the competition, we hope to discover and cultivate a group of outstanding talents to enhance the competitiveness and sustainable development of the enterprise. At the same time, the competition also provides employees with an opportunity to learn from and draw on the experience and skills of outstanding employees, and enhance their own abilities.
