On March 26, 2025, the Qinnan District People's Government and Anhui Du's New Materials Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Du's Group") officially signed an investment agreement for the project of Guangxi Fengqin Silicon-based New Materials Industrial Park. Xiao Lifu, Secretary of the Qinnan District Party Committee, Huang Yuyong, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Group of the District Government, Jia Xiqun, General Manager of Du's Group, etc. attended the signing ceremony. The Group has 4 quartz mineral rights, with a total reserve of 100 million tons, an annual production capacity of 3 million tons of high-quality quartz sand and 100,000 tons of high borosilicate glass pipe rods. The high-end low-iron quartz sand it produces has been used in well-known buildings such as Bird's Nest, Water Cube, Pentagon and high-tech products such as aerospace glass and communication optical fiber.
